Fire IT Support - Password Resets

County Fire IT support can be contacted at (805) 681-5544.  We always try to answer the line but if we're helping someone else it will go to voice mail.  Please leave a message with your name, contact number, and a description of the problem.  All messages are transcribed and delivered to our helpdesk ticketing system. 

Note:  If you recently updated your password, please remember to change it on other devices such as your cell phone or tablet.  Otherwise, any subsequent password change(s) will trigger another lockout.
