How to Register with Self-Service Password Reset

5 steps:

1. Go to https://sspr.countyofsb.org (within County network)
2. Enter your login credentials
3. Set-up security questions
4. Scan QR code with Google Authenticator and enter active (blue color) code
5. Save or print codes in secure location in event you do not have access to your Google Authenticator app
