Move iPad from Airwatch to JAMF

1. Update iOS. Necessary or might not connect to JAMF

2. AirWatch: Enterprise Wipe. 

a. First send a reboot command to ensure you have the right device

b. Send enterprise wipe command

c. Factory Wipe the iPad from the iPad

d. Copy the device serial onto clipboard. Delete device in AirWatch list

3. Apple Business Manager (ABM): reassign device to JAMF.

a. This is where you paste serial from clipboard. Wait a couple of hours or so. If you don’t wait long enough it’ll take config from AirWatch and you’ll need apple configurator to wipe the device again. 

4. Go through setup steps on iPad. It should automatically connect to JAMF

a. If it doesn’t then 

i. make sure it’s been moved over on ABM

ii. use apple configurator on a MAC to wipe it again.
