Zoom Meeting Support with Fire IT

Submit a ticket for meeting support.  Once all of the details are received, member(s) of the Fire IT Team will perform the following:

 

  1. Verify laptop, log in, check network connectivity and internet access.
  2. Get zoom credentials from the organizer
  3. On meeting day:
    1. Log in to laptop using wireless mouse and keyboard
    2. Turn on TV and set to Laptop or Computer
    3. Bring up Zoom meeting
    4. Dial in the phone number on the Polycom.  Put Poly on center table with mic extensions a full length on tables
    5. Verify the camera and phone audio works
    6. Check to make sure meeting gets going
