Zoom Meeting Support with Fire IT
Submit a ticket for meeting support. Once all of the details are received, member(s) of the Fire IT Team will perform the following:
- Verify laptop, log in, check network connectivity and internet access.
- Get zoom credentials from the organizer
- On meeting day:
- Log in to laptop using wireless mouse and keyboard
- Turn on TV and set to Laptop or Computer
- Bring up Zoom meeting
- Dial in the phone number on the Polycom. Put Poly on center table with mic extensions a full length on tables
- Verify the camera and phone audio works
- Check to make sure meeting gets going
