Instructions for Knowbe4

1. Click the link to access the website
   1. KnowBe4
2. Login with your county credentials
   1. This is your “computer” login + @countyofsb.org
   2. For most people it would be your first initial+last name

                                                               i.      Example: Clark Kent

3. On the second page, you will have to use a different set of county credentials:
   1. This is your “Computer login” @co.sbcgov.net
   2. Like above, example would be: ckent@co.sbcgov.net
4. Training takes about 15-30 minutes to complete.
5. Good luck.

**NOTE** @sbcfire.com will not work on any “County” website (Box/Docusign/webmail/etc.) that requires any of the above credentials after January of 2022. It can however, still be used for email.
