Cyber Security Training
For those who have not completed Cyber Security Training. We are currently going through the process of migrating over to Microsoft 365. This has made the login to certain websites like KnowBe4 to be more difficult than normal. Below is the process to take if running into difficulties.
- Click the link to access the website
- Login with your county credentials
- This is your “computer” login + @countyofsb.org
- For most people it would be your first initial+last name
i. Example: Clark Kent
- On the second page, you will have to use a different set of county credentials:
- This is your “Computer login” @co.sbcgov.net
- Like above, example would be: ckent@co.sbcgov.net
- Training takes about 15-30 minutes to complete.
- Good luck.
**NOTE** @sbcfire.com will not work on any “County” website (Box/Docusign/webmail/etc.) that requires any of the above credentials after January of 2022. It can however, still be used for email.

Question:
I saw an email about Cyber Security Training. I used the link to “start training”. When I use the link it asks me to log in to my email to begin training but then when I enter in the information exactly as I did to get into my actual email, it says my email doesn’t exist. Can you help me, please?
Answer:
Instead of "john.smith@sbcfire.org", use "jsmith@countyofsb.org to access the security training" (example email address only). Use your County username, in this example, jsmith)
