Create Password and Pin Number in Operative IQ

Click on Operative IQ icon on the iPad or desktop computer in the station offices.

 

Type in first initial lastname (no space) as your login ID (example: jdoe)

 

Go directly to FORGOT PASSWORD

 

It will send you a link to your work email

 

Click on link and follow directions to change your password. It can be anything you want it to be.

 

Make your password memorable

 

Go back and login to Operative IQ

 

Login ID is first initial last name (no space)

 

Type in password and press LOGIN

 

Go to update profile to right of the screen

 

Erase the fake dots in pin number area and create a 5-6 digit pin number that you won’t forget.

 

Do not change the password from this area. (FYI, the number of dots may not match the number of characters of your password)

 

Submit to save your pin.

 

You will end up with a login ID, a password and a pin number
